Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Store Team Member (Cleaning and Trolley Collection). This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the store.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for completing cleaning tasks across all departments, including floors, shelving and equipment throughout the store
  • Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark, ensuring a safe and tidy environment for customers
  • Working both indoors and outdoors, with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the store
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and concerns
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Physical fitness, activity and energy, with lifting up to 17kgs
  • Availability for shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week
  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy and pace
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and demonstrate a solid work ethic
