Job Description\

Become a part of a dynamic team that is transforming the way we engage with customers through digital and phone channels.

As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls where you will assist customers with all personal lending and credit card enquiries.

\

You will also execute lending requests including conducting needs analysis and completing lending applications. Additional activities include welcome calls, identifying opportunities for growth and nurturing long term customer relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications\

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

You will also need to have a good understanding of our lending products, policies, and regulations, as well as experience and knowledge of personal lending and credit cards.

\

Additionally, you will need to possess strong technical capabilities, an ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and stakeholders, and excellent organisational and time management skills.
