Machine Learning Platform Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Platform Engineer to join our team at Macquarie Bank Limited. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and operating machine learning solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop scalable machine learning platforms using cloud technologies such as GCP Vertex AI and AWS SageMaker.
- Collaborate with data scientists to build and deploy machine learning models that meet business requirements.
- Implement MLOps best practices to streamline model experimentation and ML tooling and workflows.
- Work in an agile DevOps culture to deliver incrementally in iterative cycles.
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer in an agile DevOps environment using object-oriented development languages such as Java and Python.
- Experience across the full SDLC including design, build, test, and supporting mission-critical production platforms.
- Demonstrated proficiency in cloud technologies and integrating with ML services.
- Good collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team to deliver solutions.
