Senior Business Development Director
The role of Senior Business Development Director is to drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic business plans that expand the organisation's reach across the APAC region.
This position requires identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, securing high-value clients across key industries, leading contract negotiations, and closing high-value deals that align with the organisation's strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and at least 8 years of experience in business development or sales leadership within APAC.
They must also possess strong knowledge of workforce development, training, and vocational education, as well as excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the organisation's reach in APAC.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, securing high-value clients across key industries.
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals that align with the organisation's strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, industry associations, and key decision-makers.
- Oversee pipeline management, ensuring consistent revenue growth and meeting key performance targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and delivery, to align business development efforts with organisational capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in business development or sales leadership within APAC.
- Proven track record in managing high-value accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of workforce development, training, and vocational education.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that drive sustainable revenue growth.
