Job OverviewThe Role:

We are seeking a skilled Manager to lead the Biodiversity team and develop and deliver allocated projects. The successful candidate will have strong management skills, the ability to inspire and motivate a team, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Biodiversity Project Management

The Manager will be responsible for managing project planning and implementation, leading reporting on outputs and outcomes, managing stakeholder engagement, and fostering an inclusive workplace. They will also work closely with other teams to deliver projects and cultivate stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans
  • Lead and manage the Biodiversity team
  • Manage stakeholder engagement
  • Report on project outputs and outcomes
Requirements

Qualifications in a relevant field such as Applied Science or Natural Resource Management, with a minimum of five years' experience in the NRM sector. A strategic biodiversity leader with experience delivering integrated conservation projects across multiple sectors and ecosystems is essential.
