Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Senior Bid Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our national bid management cycle, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, supporting our people and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales leads and project directors to develop winning strategies and deliver high-quality bids.
- Partner with the Bid Lead and Business Directors to create compelling submissions, including EOI, RFP, RFT, and RFQs.
- Support sales lead(s) on administrative tasks, such as opportunity tracking and CRM management.
- Participate in project groups and special projects, both regionally and nationally, as directed by the National Bid Manager.
- Manage Tender Portals and ensure the bid management process is optimized.
- 2-4 years' experience as a Bid Administrator/Coordinator.
- Advantageous but not essential: Tertiary Degree in Arts, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Design, or associated qualification.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in supporting a multi-faceted national business.
- Ability to work in an agile environment, multitask, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Exampled experience in quality control, risk management, and attention to detail.
- Strong commercial/business acumen.
- Experience using the MS Suite, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other business collaboration tools.
- Experience in managing stakeholders and competing deadlines.
- Knowledge or experience in best practice bid writing methodologies.
