The Role

We're seeking a seasoned Asset/Rental Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our rental customer business. As a key member of our national operations team, you'll be responsible for refining processes and business planning to effectively monitor and manage the performance of our construction equipment business.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for business expansion and growth.
  • Achieve set targets while effectively managing the P&L within budget.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing strategies to foster long-term and short-term growth and profitability.
  • Oversee inventory management on a daily basis in alignment with strategic plans and targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an Asset/Rental Manager.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Power BI and industry-related software.
  • Solid commercial background with experience in financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
