Job Title: Machine OperatorAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Machine Operator to join our production team at ACRWORLD. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production equipment, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate, Monitor, and Troubleshoot Production Machinery: Ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime of production equipment and machinery.
  • Work with Fillers, Laminators, Ovens, Mixers, and Other Site Machinery: Utilize technical knowledge to operate and maintain complex production equipment.
  • Identify and Resolve Technical Issues: Promptly identify and resolve technical issues to minimize impact on production schedules.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Environment: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Production Team: Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
  • Assist in Process Improvements: Contribute to the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Document Operational Activities: Document operational activities and maintenance procedures accurately.
  • Provide Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Hand Tools and Diagnostic Equipment: Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Computer Systems and Software: Basic understanding of computer systems and software related to production operations.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if required.
