Senior Risk Analyst

As a key player in our passionate team of professionals, you will leverage analytics to manage and mitigate risk across the organization. You will collaborate with your broader team to develop solutions and make a meaningful impact in supporting customers.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the development and application of monitoring systems to ensure maximum detection.
- Manage projects and provide analysis-driven solutions to stakeholders that aim to help the business understand and manage risk.
- Produce clear and concise documentation.
- Provide insights into trends and anomalies - including root cause analysis.
- Design and develop performance reports for senior stakeholders.
- Complete relevant activities throughout model governance lifecycle to ensure monitoring systems meet group standards.
- Liaise with project, technology, and Financial Crime Compliance to prioritize tasks and ensure delivery timelines are met.
- Experience in a data analytics environment, having worked with large and complex datasets with tools such as SAS and SQL.
- Experience developing reports using tools such as Tableau, Shiny, Power BI.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing working relationships with business stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience in financial crime or risk management in financial services is highly regarded.
- Experience with R or Python is advantageous.
