Graphic Design and Copywriting Leadership Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead hands-on creative graphic design, including ideation, pitching, execution, and team direction as well as oversee the graphics & copy teams' contributions to go-to-market stories, campaigns, and promotions.

Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end creation of multimedia marketing assets, reviewing and providing feedback to ensure brand consistency and design quality, ensuring cohesive integration of design, copy, photography, and animation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project traffic and workload for timely delivery.
  • Oversee creative output of in-house designers, copywriters, freelancers, and external teams.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to foster a high-performing team.
  • Support team skill development and growth.
  • Ensure seamless integration of various departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in managing, motivating, and guiding a team to achieve set goals.
  • Experience in retail graphic design preferred.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Impeccable organisational skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A demonstrated commitment to continual improvement, innovation and learning.
