Senior Landscape Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, developing your skills and expertise in landscape project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple residential and softscape landscape projects across Brisbane
  • Oversee project budgets from $0k to 500k (with most around 150k–$350k)
  • Handle site inspections, variations, and client communications
  • Work closely with experienced crews – no programming required
  • Keep quality high, timelines on track, and clients happy
Requirements
  • Proven experience in landscape or construction project management
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent computer skills (we use Mac)
  • Familiarity with variations, estimations, and on-site inspections
  • A positive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Valid driver's license
