Catering Management Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Food Service Operations Manager to lead our catering team at a reputable healthcare facility.

About the Role

As a Food Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and delivery of high-volume meals, managing a team of catering staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality control regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective catering operations strategies to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Manage a team of catering staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Ensure timely and efficient meal production, meeting strict quality and presentation standards
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and financial performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field, accompanied by significant experience in a similar management position
  • Proven track record of achieving excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and financial analysis tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
