Job Role: As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile financial statements and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports as required.
  • Handle general administrative tasks related to finance.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the finance function.

Main Tasks:

  • Verify invoice details and process payments on time.
  • Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial databases.
  • Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Excel including tables and data analysis.
  • Good teamwork and time management skills.
  • Fantastic communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Previous work experience is an advantage but not necessary.
