Job Title: Public Area Cleaner

About the Role

We are seeking experienced service-focused individuals to join our team as Public Area Cleaners.

You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of hotel public areas, assisting room attendants, and delivering excellent guest experiences.

Maintaining guest room pantries and ensuring all equipment is in clean working order is also part of your responsibilities.

You will help answer guest requests and provide support where possible.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.

Possessing full Australian working rights, having a proven track record of cleaning experience, taking pride in customer service, and demonstrating good communication skills are essential.

You must be willing and available to work an average of 4 days and possess strong organisation and time management skills.

A team player with the ability to work both autonomously and in a collaborative setting is required.
