We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our maintenance team as a Handyperson. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance on our hotel's equipment and facilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities;
  • Carry out repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures as needed;
  • Maintain guest rooms, public areas, and lighting to the highest standards;
  • Assist in preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance;

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in general building maintenance, engineering, and/or construction;
  • Qualifications in trade such as electrician, carpenter, plumber, or painter are advantageous;
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders, etc.
