Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and attractions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform facility-wide maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, and mechanical systems.
  • Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and rebuild various types of mechanical equipment, including pumps, motors, and commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Project Management: Lead and assist with daily carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical projects.
  • Equipment Repair: Perform equipment repairs related to electrical, plumbing, pumps, motors, welding, carpentry, fiberglass, and air conditioning/refrigeration.
  • Handyman Tasks: Undertake general handyman tasks, including painting, wall and concrete repairs, general plumbing, and carpentry.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records to provide an up-to-date reference trail and comply with mandated requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Certificate or equivalent trade certificate is desirable.
  • Training: Manual Handling, Confined space, and Working at heights training are required.
  • Languages: Fluent English is essential.
  • Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to use a wide variety of hand and power tools, and landscaping equipment are necessary.
  • Experience: Extensive knowledge in fitting, building maintenance, and mechanical repairs is required.
  • Additional Skills: Proficiency in general handyman tasks including painting, wall and concrete repairs, general plumbing, and carpentry is necessary.
Work Environment:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously. The successful candidate must be able to work independently without direct supervision and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
