**About the Role**As a RPA Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying UiPath bots that enhance member experience, reduce operational risk, and improve staff satisfaction.This full-time position reports to the Head of Operational Excellence. You will be responsible for:
  • Designing, building, testing, and deploying attended and unattended UiPath bots.
  • Managing bot performance, troubleshooting, and production deployment.
  • Supporting operational frameworks and automation governance.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
  • Participating in agile development practices including sprints and scrums.
  • Providing training and capability building across the organization.
**Requirements**To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • RPA certification (UiPath required)
  • Proven experience in RPA development and programming (.NET, C++, Java)
  • Strong skills in business process mapping and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with Bitbucket, GIT, Excel Macros, and VBA
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Passion for emerging technologies including AI and analytics
