Key Role in Technology Standards and Controls

This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the development of technology standards and controls aligned to COBIT 2019, ISO 27001.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect who will define solutions architectures, high-level designs, and impact assessments for initiatives and/or systems.

The position involves working with analysts in defining business requirements, subject matter experts to develop high level designs, and project managers to scope initiatives.

Key responsibilities include producing solution architectures for complex solutions, driving architectural certification processes, and identifying and documenting dependencies with other projects or systems.

  • Define solutions architectures, high-level designs, and impact assessments for initiatives and/or systems.
  • Take ownership of Architecture deliverables for Conceptual and Solution Architecture documents and ensure that they are agreed and endorsed by all stakeholders.
  • Work with analysts in defining business requirements, and work with subject matter experts to develop high level designs, in line with the enterprise architecture, patterns and practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders in scoping initiatives, ensuring they are scoped in accordance with architectural objectives and principles.
Essential Technical Skills
  • Understanding of COBIT 2019 and ISO 27001.
  • Experience with development principles, tools, and frameworks.
  • Experience with Banking or Payment Systems.
  • Experience with automation toolsets.
  • Experience with CI/CD toolsets.
Preferred Qualifications
  • TOGAF preferred.
  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to the Bank or IT industry.
