As a senior team leader in our spa and wellness centre, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your primary focus will be on leading and managing the spa team to ensure seamless delivery of services, maintaining high standards of professionalism and courtesy at all times.


Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in spa management, with a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively under pressure and have a strong ability to multitask.


Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa desk, ensuring all tasks and guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, providing personalized recommendations and arranging bespoke services to enhance their overall experience.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of spa and wellness treatments, including massage, facial and body therapies, and be able to advise guests accordingly.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in spa management, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Relevant qualifications in beauty therapy or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, mentor and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
