We're a women's only gym dedicated to empowering women through fitness. Our goal is to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where women can achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.
About the Role
As a Group Fitness Trainer at our gym, you will lead dynamic and engaging group fitness classes tailored to our diverse members. Your primary responsibility will be to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all fitness levels.
- Develop and implement engaging group fitness class programs that cater to diverse member needs.
- Provide a safe and motivating atmosphere for members to achieve their fitness goals.
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver an exceptional fitness experience.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Certificate III in Fitness (Cert IV preferred but not essential).
- Experience in leading group fitness classes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A current First Aid Certificate.
