We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who understands the sales process and is committed to meeting targets. The successful candidate will have a basic understanding of personal finance principles and experience in a customer service role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high levels of customer service to meet customer needs and achieve store goals
  • Completing all transactions in line with compliant practices (Regulatory, legislative and operational)
  • Using knowledge of personal finance to assist customers in finding suitable solutions
  • Liaising with customers using the highest levels of respect, professionalism and diligence
