Job Summary

\

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to lead our HR and Health & Safety functions. As a People & Culture Advisor, you will provide expert employee relations support, coach and support managers, develop HR policies, lead recruitment and onboarding activities, and support key HR initiatives and programs.

\

You will oversee Work Health and Safety (WHS) responsibilities, manage HR data and records, promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with HR policies and WHS legislation.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert employee relations support and advice to management and employees.\
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.\
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring seamless integration of new employees into the organisation.\
  • Support key HR initiatives and programs, including talent management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.\
  • Oversee Work Health and Safety (WHS) responsibilities, managing risks and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.\
  • Manage HR data and records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.\
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, fostering a collaborative and respectful environment.\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a People and Culture or HR advisory role.\
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar field.\
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.\
  • Solid knowledge of HR and WHS legislation, with proficiency in HRIS systems.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
