Senior Transport Administrator

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is seeking a skilled and experienced Transport Corridor Access Specialist to manage corridor and third-party access administration and support medium-risk projects within the PTA's land and freight rail corridors.
This role requires working closely with internal and external rail professionals, such as Engineers, Third-Party providers, Contractors, and Project Managers. You will be responsible for coordinating access for third-party users, organizing meetings and working groups, and providing specialist advice on project issues.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply legislation and/or lease arrangements relating to railway land.
- Understanding of utility services and their management within rail reserves.
- Experience in project administration and contract management.
- Familiarity with Crown and fee simple land processes and procedures.
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships and work effectively in team environments.
- Well-developed research, conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to present information.
- Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to use initiative and work with minimal supervision.
- The ability to effectively use a variety of PC applications including Word, Excel, and other database applications.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive access to ongoing integrity screening and may be required to undertake a full and comprehensive medical assessment.
