Position Overview:

We are seeking a Pharmacist in Charge to oversee operations in a modern community pharmacy. This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $48 to $52 plus superannuation, based on experience.

Work Environment:

The pharmacy is situated in a vibrant community, providing a unique blend of rural charm and urban convenience. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive pharmacy team that values teamwork and professional growth.

Job Responsibilities:

This part-time position entails working 32 hours per week, including alternate Saturday mornings. The preferred schedule includes:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10 am to 6 pm
  • Alternate Saturdays from 8:30 am to 1 pm as the Sole Pharmacist

Additional hours may be available for those seeking full-time employment. You will be supported by a team of Dispensary Technicians, fellow Pharmacists, and an Intern.

Qualifications:
  • Current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
  • Familiarity with the Minfos computer system is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a busy dispensary environment.
  • A collaborative approach to daily tasks.
Compensation:

The position offers a salary of $48-$52/hr plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.
