Job Title: Educational Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educator to fill the role of Educational Leader at St Benedict's Outside of School Hours Care in Mango Hill. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to take on a leadership position and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Job Summary:

The Educational Leader will be responsible for leading a team of educators and providing high-quality care and education to children. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for education and a commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of educators to provide high-quality care and education to children
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children
  • Collaborate with families and other stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for children
  • Provide guidance and support to educators to ensure they are meeting the needs of children
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children
Requirements:
  • Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Experience in a leadership role in a childcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
