Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present meals to the highest standards, ensuring that all dishes meet our visual guidelines.
  • Stock Management: Stock airline carts with dry store items, including equipment, packaged snacks, and beverages.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, adhering to food safety and HACCP guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of meals and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • Sound Numerical Skills: Accurately manage inventory and track meal production.
  • Good Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with team members and management.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for prolonged periods, move, and lift items as required.
  • Availability: Work a 7-day roster, including shift work and weekends.
  • Neat and Tidy Presentation: Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Food Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety and HACCP guidelines (desired but not essential).
