About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Demi Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for preparing, producing, and presenting high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Work closely with our Head Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met, and that our kitchen is a clean and safe environment for our team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.
  • Audit kitchen stock and supplies daily, and order new stock as required.
