Beauty Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Beauty Advisor to join our team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor, providing product recommendations that exceed customer expectations.
  • Upholding company values and vision while adhering to company procedures and policies.
  • Offering expert advice to customers, inspiring them with our products and philosophy.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with customers.
  • A team player mentality, open to receiving daily coaching and feedback from your Store and Assistant Manager.
  • A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
  • Confidence in reaching store targets and sales.
  • An active contributor to our collective, being agile, tenacious, and optimistic.
  • Availability to work Monday through Sunday.
