Overview

We are seeking Seasonal Casual Sales Assistants to join the team. These fixed-term casual roles run from 3 November 2025 until 20 January 2026 to cover the busy holiday period.

Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer.
  • Continually expand your knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert.
  • Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
  • Follow T2 safety policies and procedures to protect your own health and safety and that of others.
About You
  • Acts with the customer in mind.
  • Ready to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is advantageous.
