As a leader on our Christmas Experience Team, you will inspire your team to deliver magical moments for all of Santa's visitors.

You'll oversee daily operations, welcome families, and maintain a joyful atmosphere. Even on the busiest days, you'll bring energy and positivity to your team.

  • Oversee visitor experience delivery
  • Manage daily operations, rosters, and workflow
  • Welcome families and keep the atmosphere joyful and merry
  • Maintain positivity and lead from the front
