We're hiring Christmas Experience Team Leaders (Chief Elves as we like to call them) across Australia and New Zealand.As Chief Elf in Santa's photo studio you will inspire, support and lead your team of Elves to create magical moments for all of Santa's visitors.
You'll be the calm through the dynamic festive season, keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring the magic never fades.
We are looking for Christmas Experience Team Leaders to drive performance at sites in the Bendigo Region, including: Bendigo.ResponsibilitiesLeading and motivating your team to deliver unforgettable visitor experiencesManaging daily operations, rosters and workflowWelcoming families and keeping the atmosphere joyful and merryBringing the energy and maintaining positivity even on the busiest daysLeading from the front, showing your team how it's done with warmth, professionalism and a dash of festive flairOverseeing POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detailMost importantly, you'll ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality, the ultimate keepsake and memory of their Christmas experience.What You AreA leader who inspires and supports those around youGreat with people (and pets) of all agesOrganised, adaptable and calm under pressureA strong communicator who thrives in a team environmentFocused on creating positive experiences for visitors and team alikeHave or willing to obtain a Working with Children\'s ClearanceOur Values (aka How We Roll)We're a team – We've got each other's backs.People-first – We lead with empathy and kindness.Led by care – Everyone should feel seen and valued.Playful with purpose – Fun matters.
