Seasonal Car Park Team Members

Are you ready to deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming experience for our customers this festive season?

  • We are seeking motivated individuals to join our seasonal car park team, supporting our car park, concierge and valet services.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the festive season across our Westfield destinations.

As a member of our team, you will play a key role in creating a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment customers arrive until they leave. You will:

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers and retailers
  • Greet and assist customers on arrival and departure from the centre
  • Support traffic management and navigation during busy car park periods
  • Maintain the car park's physical condition to a high standard
  • Operate a buggy within the car park safely as required

To succeed in this role, you will need to hold a provisional or full driver's licence (Manual or Auto) and be available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

This is a seasonal casual role offering a great opportunity to enhance the customer and retailer experience.
