Effective customer service is the foundation of our operations.

Seasonal Car Park Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional support to customers and retailers
  • Welcoming and assisting customers upon arrival and departure from the centre
  • Supporting traffic management and navigation during peak car park periods
  • Maintaining the car park's physical condition to a high standard
  • Operating a buggy within the car park for safety checks or operational needs as required

Our ideal candidate will be a friendly, reliable team member who genuinely enjoys creating positive experiences. You will always be ready to go the extra mile to enhance the customer and retailer experience, feel confident assisting customers in a fast-paced retail setting, and possess a provisional or full driver's licence (Manual or Auto) to operate a company vehicle.

This seasonal casual role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to the festive season across multiple Westfield destinations. The position operates from September to January/February, with shifts based on business requirements.
