Are you a skilled educator looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Teacher of Electronics and Communications to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and vocational expertise to learners across various aspects of delivery, planning, and performance.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan education practices and delivery sessions that engage learners effectively.
- Ensure teaching materials and resources meet regulatory standards and related requirements.
- Establish and maintain a positive learning environment, encouraging students to take responsibility for their own learning.
- Adapt learning and assessment materials to cater for different students, learning environments, facilities, and resources.
- Undertake administrative, coordination, and learning services activities directly related to the areas taught.
- Assist in establishing, maintaining, and reviewing teaching programs.
- Maintain a respectful and safe environment free from discrimination, bullying, and harassment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or qualifications meeting the Standards for RTOs 2015.
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Electrical fitting or related discipline.
- Registration with relevant professional bodies as required for the teaching discipline.
- A record of Vocational Competency, mapped to Units of Competency engaged to deliver.
- A record of Professional Currency, demonstrating current industry and teaching knowledge.
