Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Assembler I to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reads and interprets drawings, diagrams, and work orders to ensure accurate assembly of electronic components.
  • Folllows written instructions and manufacturing process guidelines to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Verifies inventory of received parts against work orders to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Connects units to test instruments to evaluate their functional performance.
  • Assembles electrical systems and installs components, units, and sub-assemblies using tools and soldering equipment.
  • Checks sub-assemblies and assemblies for completeness and correctness of previous operations.
  • Packs finished products for shipment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inspects assemblies and finished products for defects and ensures they meet quality standards.
  • Verifies and understands paperwork throughout the process and at completion to maintain accurate records.
  • Distributes materials, supplies, and sub-assemblies to designated areas to streamline workflow.
  • Performs manual soldering to assemble electronic components on printed circuit boards.
  • Maintains a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; less than one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form.
  • Demonstrates strong multitasking capabilities and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Works with minimal supervision and takes initiative to complete tasks independently.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
  • Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Works effectively in a team environment and collaborates with colleagues to achieve common goals.
