We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the management and strategic direction of mental health services across our district. This role is pivotal in ensuring that services meet quality, safety, and operational targets.
You will play a critical part in driving innovative service delivery models, integrating care across diverse settings, and fostering strong collaboration with clinicians, community providers, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality, safety, and efficiency
- Foster strong partnerships with clinicians, community providers, and key stakeholders to drive collaborative practice and service integration
- Drive innovation in service delivery models to cater to evolving population needs
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve service objectives and targets
- Tertiary qualifications in health administration or a related field
- Proven experience in leading complex health services, preferably in mental health
- Strong financial acumen and expertise in managing large budgets
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across clinical, community, and government sectors
- A demonstrated commitment to delivering culturally respectful care and improving access for rural and underserved populations
