Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Representative to join our Sydney-based team. As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strategic relationships with our clients.

You'll work closely with our solution engineers to deliver customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Your primary goal will be to consistently exceed quarterly targets and expand our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prospect and qualify potential clients to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Attend sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
