A Little Bit About the Role
As a Casual Sales Assistant at Bondi Junction Kathmandu, you'll support the management team in running the store efficiently. You must have availability for various shifts during the week and weekends. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  1. Supporting the Store Manager in profitable store operations
  2. Creating an enjoyable customer experience by sharing your love of adventure
  3. Working with the team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  4. Assisting with store operational requirements as requested by management
What We Are Looking For
You'll have experience in retail sales and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills. A positive and flexible attitude is essential in this role. You'll also have strong initiative, be adaptable, and cope well in fast-paced retail environments. We're looking for someone who's passionate about our products and what we stand for as a business.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $20-$25 per hour.
