Job Description:

As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that drive impactful user adoption.

The key responsibilities of this role include designing and delivering training programs for technology and CRM initiatives, conducting training needs analysis, and developing tailored learning plans.

You will also create engaging content, facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support user adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong background in L&D or training delivery within tech or digital environments.
  • Skilled in instructional design and creating blended learning solutions.
  • Experience supporting CRM or system implementations (Salesforce ideal).
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
  • Able to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, practical content.
  • Holds or is working towards Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122).
