We are seeking a skilled and approachable individual to provide exceptional customer service at our residence.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver warm welcomes to residents, families, staff, and visitors in person and over the phone
- Manage various inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Provide comprehensive front desk and administrative support services
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all interactions
- Evaluate and implement new technology systems as part of daily tasks
- Communicate effectively across diverse groups and situations
Requirements:
- A high level of organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence in learning and utilising new technology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
