Facilities Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Director to lead the daily operations of a medium-to-large-sized aged care facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing residential aged care facilities and possess strong leadership skills.

About the Role
  • Oversight of daily operations at a medium-to-large sized aged care facility, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality care.
  • Leadership and management of floor staff and clinical manager, driving teamwork and collaboration.
  • Maintenance of accreditation standards through continuous improvement initiatives, promoting excellence in aged care.
  • Adherence to aged care legislation and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Development and implementation of online systems to enhance operational efficiency, streamlining processes and reducing costs.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (DIV 1) or equivalent qualification, preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in managing residential aged care facilities as DON/FM/Site Manager, with a strong understanding of aged care practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and knowledge of aged care principles, with a focus on quality care and resident satisfaction.
  • Superior communication and organisational abilities, with a proven track record in team leadership and stakeholder engagement.
