Key Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Driver to join our team in Geelong. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing commercial waste collection services throughout the region with a strong focus on safety.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate a range of vehicles including waste collection trucks to service clients across Geelong.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
  • Collect waste from secure long-term contracts while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client queries in a professional manner.
  • Perform regular vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal vehicle performance.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid HR licence as a minimum requirement.
  • Previous experience in the waste management industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and have a positive attitude towards teamwork.
  • Undergo regular medical assessments and drug & alcohol testing as required.
