Job Title:

Award-winning Diploma Qualified Early Learning Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Diploma Qualified Early Learning Educator to join our team of dedicated professionals.

  • To provide high-quality education and care to children, promoting their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework.
  • To contribute to the development of programs that reflect the approved learning framework, fostering a personalised approach to each child's needs.
  • To develop positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and community members, facilitating play-based learning environments that cater to individual interests and abilities.
  • To document children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Children Services (essential) with previous experience working at a Diploma Level in an early learning service.
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations, demonstrate empathy, and be resourceful in a dynamic environment.
