About this role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead our projects across Adelaide.

You will oversee site-based operations, including quality assurance, WHS compliance, client liaison and trade management.

  • Procure and manage subcontractors and suppliers
  • Forecast monthly revenue and project completion dates
  • Manage budgets to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in construction/building supervision
  • Clear knowledge of NCC and Waterproofing
  • AS3740
  • Experience working directly with stakeholders
  • Thorough understanding of the construction process, critical inspection points, permits and WHS requirements
  • Estimation skills (desired)
  • Trade qualified with a minimum of 3 years' experience working on construction sites
Key Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously across multiple sites
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Office MS Project and Excel programs
