Senior Admissions Officer

About the Role
The Presbyterian Ladies' College Melbourne is seeking an experienced Senior Admissions Officer to oversee the end-to-end enrolment process in our Early Learning Centre, Junior School, and Senior School.
Working closely with the Director of Admissions, you will be responsible for managing initial enquiries, conducting school tours, and maintaining accurate records and reports to support strategic planning.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
As a welcoming face of our College, you will play a key role in helping families make informed decisions about their child's education.
About You
This role is ideal for someone with experience in a senior admissions role in an education setting, or with similar experience in a senior customer service or marketing role.
You will have sound technical and organisational skills, to be able to effectively maintain databases and generate reports to support our strategic planning.
