This part-time role requires someone who is keen to work 2-3 shifts per week, from 11pm to 7am. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience: Be the night-time face of the hotel, offering a warm and professional welcome to all guests, anticipating and meeting guest needs as they occur during the shift.
  • Supervision: Effective supervision of late guest arrivals and early departures, ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processes follow set procedures and are customer-focused.
  • Reporting: Run reports and draw up statistical information as required by finance policies and procedures.
  • Computer Tasks: Complete relevant computer tasks in relation to Night Audit functions, including posting room charges and daily room revenue.
  • Hotel Presentation: Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the lobby and public areas of the hotel.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a Front Office role, such as Guest Service Agent.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of a Property Management System such as Opera or RMS is preferred.
  • Skills: Friendly personality and positive attitude, with exceptional attention to detail. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, together with good written and verbal communication.
  • Certifications: Unrestricted Driver's License and Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to assist guests with luggage, including managing stairs.
