Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one coaching sessions to participants, assessing their career needs and creating personalized action plans.
- Conduct career assessments and help clients identify their strengths, interests, and values to guide their employment goals.
- Use sales strategies to work collaboratively and network with community organizations to create opportunities for participants.
- Assist participants in developing effective job search strategies, including resume writing and interview preparation.
- Refer participants through training, counseling, and other services to increase long-term employment outcomes.
- Ensure compliance requirements are met.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about empowering individuals to succeed, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work autonomously within a team environment. You will have experience in customer service, client-facing or administrative roles, and be able to demonstrate time management, organizational skills, and the ability to plan and prioritize to achieve outcomes.
