Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced maintenance professional to lead our team and oversee daily maintenance across mobile plant operations. As a Project Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating teams, providing hands-on leadership, and fostering a strong safety culture on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise daily maintenance activities
  • Coordinate teams for breakdowns, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance
  • Provide guidance and support to your crew
  • Ensure maintenance schedules and KPIs are achieved safely, on time, and effectively

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a similar environment
  • Strong background in mobile equipment maintenance (diagnostics & repairs)
  • Relevant trade qualification
  • Knowledge of maintenance systems, reliability principles, and safety legislation
  • Proactive leadership with the ability to mentor and motivate teams
  • Current driver's license and full working rights
  • Pre-employment checks: medical examination, drug and alcohol screen, and national police clearance
