About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate make-up artist to join our team as a key contributor to delivering exceptional customer experiences in our stores. As a make-up artist, you will have the opportunity to combine your creative and technical expertise to provide personalized and inspirational make-up services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide personalized make-up services to meet the needs of our customers.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to create a welcoming and inspirational store environment that showcases our products and services.
- Participate in visual merchandising activities to ensure the store is always visually appealing and meets our high standards.
- Contribute to in-store events and activities to engage with customers and drive sales.
- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
Requirements:
- Qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred, but we welcome applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
