MAC Make-Up Artist Lead - Sydney Store

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Make-Up Artist to lead our team in the Sydney store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, educating and delighting customers on our products and services
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales growth and maintain high visual merchandising standards
  • Develop and implement in-store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail make-up artist role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
